- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cups graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Caramel Icing
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Bake in a 8 inch square pan.

3Bake in a preheated oven 350** for 35 minutes.

4Serve plain or frost with Caramel icing.

5Icing: Heat brown sugar,milk and butter in a medium saucepan until it boils.

6Boil for 2 minutes.

7Remove from heat.

8Cool a bit.

9Add icing sugar and vanilla.

10Beat until smooth.

11Add more milk to icing sugar until spreading consistency is reached.
