  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cups Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. In a food processor combine almond flour, coconut flour and salt. Pulse in the egg, olive oil and water until combined. Divide dough into 2 pieces.

    Roll out each section of dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper to 1/16th-inch thick. Remove the top piece of parchment paper. Transfer matzo to a baking sheet with the parchment paper side down. Prick holes in matzo using a fork.

    Bake at 350°F for 10-13 minutes, watching very closely. Remove from oven. Cool for 2 hours. Serve!
