  • 2 cups freshly brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee, any variety
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Directions

    Mix coffee and sugar in medium bowl until sugar is completely dissolved.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour into 8-inch square pan.

    Freeze about 1-1/2 hours or until almost firm.

    Break up with fork into small pieces.

    Return to freezer.

    Freeze an additional 3 hours or until firm.

    Break into pieces; spoon into dessert glasses.

    Top each serving with 1 Tbsp.

    of the whipped topping.
