"Granny" Hash Browns

- 2 lb. hash browns, thawed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Combine potatoes, salt, 1/4 cup margarine, onion, pepper, soup, sour cream and milk in a bowl. Pour into pan.

3Bake at 325° or 350° in a glass pan, for 30 minutes.

4Sprinkle with cheese; dot with 1/4 cup margarine and sprinkle with corn flake crumbs.

5Bake 20 minutes longer.
