  • 4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. honey *
  • various nuts, peanuts, dates and sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions

    Mix well in large bowl (use your hands).

    Spread thinly on very lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Let cool before removing from pan.
