Ingredients

  • 3 c. oats
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ
  • 1/3 c. oat bran
  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. soy nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine (diet okay)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla.

    Stir into dry ingredients. Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely, lightly browned. Stir every 12 to 15 minutes.
