- 3 c. oats
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. oat bran
- 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp. soy nuts
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. melted margarine (diet okay)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, soy nuts, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine honey, margarine and vanilla.

2Stir into dry ingredients. Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until nicely, lightly browned. Stir every 12 to 15 minutes.
