- 7 c. rolled oats
- 5 c. wheat bran
- 3 c. wheat germ
- 2 1/2 c. unsalted roasted sunflower seeds
- 2 c. sesame seed
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 3/4 c. honey
- 5/8 c. molasses
- 1 3/4 c. canola oil
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, add oil and mix thoroughly again.

2Heat honey until it flows freely and add with molasses to ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Bake at 275° in a large broiler or pans without cover for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes to toast evenly.

4Color should be light brown.

5Bake on shelf 3 inches above coils.

6Yields 26 cups, or 7 1/2 pounds.

7Can be used as breakfast cereal, on hot cereals and as a snack.
