  • 1 c. sugar, honey or molasses
  • 1 c. unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds or nuts
  • 6 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix in large flat pan and bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours or until browned.
