Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped almonds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened wheat germ
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Directions

    Preheat oven to 300°. Have ready a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Combine oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seeds and wheat germ in large mixing bowl. Set aside.

    Combine honey and oil. Stir into dry ingredients. Spread in ungreased pan.

    Bake 45 to 50 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Stir in raisins. Remove to another pan to cool, stirring occasionally.

    Makes 6 cups.
