  • 4 cups oats -quick cooking
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds or almonds
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts, or 1/2 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup corn oil
  • 1/2 cup liquid honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or other liquor
  • 2 cups candied pineapple or other dried fruit.
