Ingredients

  • 34 cup honey
  • 34 cup peanut butter (I use Skippy Natural)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried fruit such as cranberries, cherries and blueberries
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped almonds

Directions

    In small saucepan put honey, peanut butter and cinnamon, Heat just to combine.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla.

    Combine oatmeal and coconut in bowl and pour peanut butter.

    mixture over and stir.

    Place in greased 8 or 9 inch baking dish.

    Put in preheated 275 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring.

    every 15 minutes.

    Turn oven off and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes in oven.

    Add to remaining ingredients and enjoy.
