- 34 cup honey
- 34 cup peanut butter (I use Skippy Natural)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup dried fruit such as cranberries, cherries and blueberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chopped almonds
Directions

1In small saucepan put honey, peanut butter and cinnamon, Heat just to combine.

2Remove from heat and add vanilla.

3Combine oatmeal and coconut in bowl and pour peanut butter.

4mixture over and stir.

5Place in greased 8 or 9 inch baking dish.

6Put in preheated 275 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring.

7every 15 minutes.

8Turn oven off and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes in oven.

9Add to remaining ingredients and enjoy.
