Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • 250 g sultanas
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 750 g raw oats
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 250 g dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup barley
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup roasted buckwheat groats

Directions

    Place oats on an ungreased oven tray, bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times, until oats are golden brown (take care as they burn easily). Cool.

    Toast coconut, seeds and almonds on a dry frying pan, tossing to prevent burning. Cool.

    Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
