Ingredients
- 2 cups regular rolled oats
- 12 cup flaked coconut
- 12 cup coarsely chopped almonds or 12 cup chopped peanuts
- 12 cup shelled sunflower seeds
- 14 cup sesame seeds
- 12 cup honey or 12 cup maple syrup
- 13 cup cooking oil
Directions

1combine the oats, coconut, almonds or peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.

2Combine honey or syrup and oil.

3stir into oat mixture.

4spread evenly in a greased 15 by 10 by 1 inch baking pan.

5bake in 300 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or till lightly browned.

6stirring for 20 minutes.

7remove from oven.

8immediately turn out onto large pieces of foil.

9cool; break into clumps.

10Cover tightly and store at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.

11For longer storage, seal in freezer bags and freeze.

12Makes 6 cups (12 1/2 cups servings).
