Ingredients

  • 4 c. rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
  • 1 1/2 c. ground nuts
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 c. flaked soy beans
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except last 3. Heat honey and oil and add vanilla.

    Mix into other ingredients.

    Spread in large, shallow, greased pan and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 200°, stirring every 30 minutes.
