- 4 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1 1/2 c. ground nuts
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/2 c. flaked soy beans
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. honey
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except last 3. Heat honey and oil and add vanilla.

2Mix into other ingredients.

3Spread in large, shallow, greased pan and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 200°, stirring every 30 minutes.

4Cool.

5Store in airtight container.
