  • 2 c. quick-cooking oats or granola
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • coconut, chocolate chips, nuts or raisins (optional)

Directions

    Combine ingredients and mix well.

    Spread into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
