- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 3/4 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Beat 2 eggs.

2Add melted or room-softened butter, honey and vanilla.

3Add dry to wet ingredients stirring only until well blended.

4Add chocolate chips, raisins and nuts. Chopped dates may be used instead of raisins.

5Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cut into bars while warm.
