Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips (or other toppings as desired)
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325* F.

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

    Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, chocolate chips (or other toppings), and salt.

    Mix oil and honey in a separate bowl.

    Combine all ingredients together.

    Press oat mixture into pan, filling bottom and creating desired thickness.

    Bake for 40 minutes.

    Cut into bars/rectangles and let cool.
