- 1 7/8 cups rolled oats
- 1 3/4 ounces dried mulberries
- 3 9/16 tablespoons dried fruit mixture of raisins, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts
- 7/8 ounce goji berries
- 2 1/4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 11/16 ounce brown flax seeds
- 2 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 7/16 tablespoons honey
- 5 15/16 tablespoons almond milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Line rectangular mold with parchment paper.

3In a bowl, mix together the oats, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, goji berries and dried mulberries.

4Add almond milk and honey.

5Mix well.

6Pour the mixture into the pan.

7Smooth the top with a spatula.

8Bake for 25 minutes.

9Let cool.

10Cut into rectangles and unmold.
