  • 1 7/8 cups rolled oats
  • 1 3/4 ounces dried mulberries
  • 3 9/16 tablespoons dried fruit mixture of raisins, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts
  • 7/8 ounce goji berries
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 11/16 ounce brown flax seeds
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 1 7/16 tablespoons honey
  • 5 15/16 tablespoons almond milk

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Line rectangular mold with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix together the oats, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, goji berries and dried mulberries.

    Add almond milk and honey.

    Mix well.

    Pour the mixture into the pan.

    Smooth the top with a spatula.

    Bake for 25 minutes.
