  • 1 12 cups smuckers pure apricot jam
  • 12 cup butter
  • 3 cups Robin Hood oats
  • 1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
  • 12 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 14 cup flax seed

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

    Combine jam and butter in large microwave-safe bowl.

    Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until butter melts.

    Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.

    Press evenly into prepared pan, wetting hands so mixture doesn't srick.

    Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool slightly.

    Cut into 36 bars.
