  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1/2 cups Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Light Corn Syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 whole Eggs, Beaten
  • 3/4 cups Oats 'n Honey Granola Bars, Crushed (approximately 4 Bars)
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1 whole Unbaked Pie Crust

    In a large microwavable bowl, microwave butter on high 50 to 60 seconds until melted. Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup until blended. Beat in salt, vanilla & eggs.

    Crush the Oats 'n Honey Granola Bars (usually 4 bars equals 3/4 cup). I crush mine with the smooth edge of a meat tenderizer. Add that to the wet ingredients and then stir in the remaining filling ingredients.

    Pour the filling into your unbaked pie crust. Cover crust edges with 2 to 3 inches wide strips of foil. Remove the foil the last 15 minutes of bake time.

    Bake pie 40 to 50 minutes at 350.
