Ingredients

  • 6 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • soy flour
  • whole wheat flour
  • wheat germ rolled wheat flakes
  • sunflower pumpkin or sesame seeds
  • nonfat dry milk powder
  • shredded coconut
  • unsalted nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts or pecans)
  • 1 cup butter or 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup honey, molasses or 1 cup maple syrup
  • 12 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla or 2 teaspoons almond extract

Directions

    Add dry ingredients and stir together.

    Bake at 250 degrees stirring every 20 minute for 2 1/2 hours or until browned.
