  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup Nature's Path Heritage Flakes
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Directions
