  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Dissolve Grape-Nuts in 1 cup warm water and drain.

    Beat eggs; add milk and all other ingredients; blend.

    Bake in casserole for 1 hour at 350°.
