  • 5 1/2 c. grapes
  • 1 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (dots)

Directions

    Slip skins; cook insides and bring to a boil.

    Rub out seeds. Add skins and pulp together.

    Mix in other ingredients and place in pie shell.

    Put crust on top.

    Bake in 400° oven until crust is brown, 45 minutes.
