- 8 c. Concord grapes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Remove and save skins from grapes.

2Put pulp into saucepan without water and cook on medium heat to separate seeds from pulp. Pour through strainer to remove seeds.

3Mix strained pulp with skins.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Pour into pastry-lined pie plate.

6Dot with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.

7Cover with top crust and make slots to let steam escape.

8I brush the top crust with a little milk and sprinkle with sugar.

9Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes.

10Serve cool or slightly warm, not hot.

11Makes a 10-inch pie.
