- 4 c. Concord grapes, stemmed
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Wash and drain grapes.

2Remove skins, but do not discard. Place grape pulp in a saucepan; bring slowly to a boil.

3Boil for 5 minutes and force through a sieve to remove seeds.

4Combine sieved pulp and skins.

5Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and salt; add to pulp.

6Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Add cinnamon and butter; cool.

8Turn into baked shell.
