- 1 pink grapefruit
- 1 teaspoon apricot preserves, divided
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon, divided
- 2 stevia, packets
Directions

1Preheat the broiler to high with the rack 6 inched below the element.

2Slice the grapefruit in half.

3Loosen the segments with a knife or grapefruit spoon.

4Discard the seeds.

5Pat the top of each half with a paper towel to absorb some of the juice.

6Spread half of the preserves on each half of the grapefruit.

7Sprinkle the cinnamon and stevia on top.

8Place the grapefruits on a jelly-roll pan and place under the broiler for 3 minutes.

9Watch it carefully so that it doesn't burn.
