- 1- 1/2 cup Chilled Green Grapes
- 1/2 cups Shelled Pistachios, Crushed
- 3 ounces, weight Goat Cheese
Directions

1Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes.

2Put the crushed pistachios in a shallow bowl.

3Place about 2 teaspoons worth of goat cheese in the palm of your hand and then start to wrap it around a grape.

4The warmth from your hands will allow the cheese to start to form around the grape.

5You can almost roll it in between your hands.

6Then roll the goat cheese covered grape in the crushed pistachios.

7Place the assembled grape on a plate while you repeat with the remaining ingredients.

8Return the grapes to the fridge to allow to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
