  • 1- 1/2 cup Chilled Green Grapes
  • 1/2 cups Shelled Pistachios, Crushed
  • 3 ounces, weight Goat Cheese

Directions

    Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes.

    Put the crushed pistachios in a shallow bowl.
  3. 3
    Place about 2 teaspoons worth of goat cheese in the palm of your hand and then start to wrap it around a grape.

    The warmth from your hands will allow the cheese to start to form around the grape.

    You can almost roll it in between your hands.

    Then roll the goat cheese covered grape in the crushed pistachios.

    Place the assembled grape on a plate while you repeat with the remaining ingredients.

    Return the grapes to the fridge to allow to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
