Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 25 to 30 large marshmallows
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. creame de menthe
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. creme de cocoa
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 pint cream, whipped
  • 1 angel food cake, cut into 3 layers

Directions

    Melt marshmallows in milk, cool, add liqueurs and salt.

    Fold in whipped cream.
  3. 3
    Put 1/3 mixture on each layer of angel cake and top, letting it run down the sides.

    Store in refrigerator.
