- 6 oz. capellini, uncooked
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. canned chicken broth
- 2 c. peeled tomato, chopped
- 2 tsp. ripe olives
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. Feta cheese
- 1 tsp. Greek seasoning
Directions

1Cook capellini, drain.

2Wash and cut broccoli into small flowerets.

3Coat skillet with vegetable spray; add oil.

4Over medium heat, add garlic; saute 1 minute, add broccoli; saute.

5Stir in broth and Greek seasoning.

6Bring to a boil.

7Stir in tomato and capellini.

8Simmer until heated.

9Add olives and pepper, toss. Transfer to serving bowl; sprinkle with Feta.
