Greek Chicken Wrap

  • 1 package fully cooked carved chicken breast
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 package crumbled feta cheese
  • 12 pitted kalamata olives
  • 4 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 c. purchased refrigerated ranch dip
  • 1 bag fresh baby spinach
  • 1 bag carrot sticks
  • 1 cucumber

Directions

    Put chicken, roasted peppers, cheese and olives in a medium bowl.

    Stir to mix

    Spread 1 side of each tortilla with 2 Tbsp ranch dip.

    Top each tortilla to 1 in.

    from edge with 14 of the spinach, then top with the chicken mixture

    Starting at edge nearest you, tightly roll up tortillas.

    Cut each wrap in half diagonally.

    Serve with carrot and cucumber sticks.
