Greek Lasagna Pie

  • 1 bag greek hilopites (or fat, flat noodles)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/4 kaseri cheese
  • 1/4 gouda cheese
  • 1/4 kefalograviera cheese (or whatever cheese you have in the refrigerator)

Directions

    Boil the noodles until finished and drain the excess water.

    Take a medium size pyrex baking pan and add a layer of the noodles, then a layer of the cheeses, then again the rest of the noodles and the rest of the cheeses on the top.

    You then add the cream on top, being careful that it doesn't leak over the side.

    Then add in the oven about 180C/350F for about 20 minutes.

    Served hot or cold.
