- 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 5 radishes, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 10 Greek style marinated green olives
- 1/2 c. Feta cheese, cubed
- Oil-Vinegar Dressing (recipe to follow)
Directions

1Break lettuce into a large bowl.

2Add tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, onions, green pepper, parsley and olives.

3Toss lightly. Add Feta cheese; sprinkle with Oil-Vinegar Dressing.

4Toss lightly again.

5Makes 6 servings.
