- 6 to 8 leg quarters
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 2 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix lemon juice and spices together and set aside.

2Cut potatoes in small pieces and place on one side of 9 x 13-inch pan. Dip leg quarters in lemon juice mixture.

3Place chicken on the other side of pan.

4Pour remaining mixture over potatoes and chicken.

5Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350°.

6Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
