- 2 pkg. French-style frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 2 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can French fried onion rings
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- grated cheese
Directions

1In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the beans with half the water chestnuts, half the bean sprouts, half the mushrooms and half the chopped onion.

2Cover with half the mushroom soup.

3Sprinkle lightly with salt and cheese.

4Repeat layering.

5Bake at 400° about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.

6Top with crumbled French fried onion rings the last 10 minutes.
