  • 4 c. cooked green beans, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely diced celery
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika

    Combine hot beans and celery in 5-cup casserole.

    Blend mayonnaise, mustard, salt, vinegar and milk.

    Fold in egg white. Pile lightly on bean mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes, or until puffed and beans are heated.
