- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Put dry yeast in water and add sugar.

2Stir until yeast is dissolved.

3Add the flour and salt; mix well.

4Divide dough into 2 parts.

5Make into 18 or 20 equal sized balls and roll to 5-inches in diameter.

6Place on cookie sheet and let rise until puffy. Bake at 500° for about 5 minutes, until puffed, but not too brown. Good with dips or stuffing for sandwiches.
