- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 pkg. frozen French-cut beans, cooked and drained
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Melt butter on low.

2Add flour.

3Stir until smooth and bubbly. Add salt, pepper and onion.

4Take off heat.

5Add sour cream. Fold into beans.

6Fold in Cheddar cheese.

7Melt butter and add to corn flake crumbs.

8Spread on top of beans in a casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes.
