- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, cut and drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Saute celery until tender-crisp.

2Combine the cornstarch with the chicken broth and soy sauce.

3Add to celery and cook, stirring until translucent and thickened.

4Add beans and sliced water chestnuts, if desired, and heat through.

5Add sliced scallions (green onions) and sesame seed.
