  • 7 tsp. salt

Directions

    Snap and wash green beans.

    Fill quart jars, then add 1 teaspoon of salt per quart jar.

    Fill with water to the neck of the jar.

    Put 1 1/2-quarts of water in canner and pressure for 15 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
