- 1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash and trim beans; cook for about 5 minutes in boiling water until just tender-crisp.

2Drain and refresh with cold water; drain.

3Heat oil in large skillet.

4Saute walnuts for 3 minutes over medium heat until lightly browned.

5Add garlic, beans and lemon juice; toss to coat.

6Season with salt and pepper.
