- 2 (1 lb. 13 oz.) cans tomato sauce*
- 12 oz. tomato paste
- 1 or 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped onions or dried equivalent
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Brown meat thoroughly, drain off grease.

2Add rest of ingredients, mix thoroughly.

3Simmer at least an hour or two, but the longer it simmers, the better it is.
