- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. cubed Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers
Directions

1Cook and cool rice.

2Mix together with sour cream.

3Spread half of the mixture in a buttered casserole (fits well in a 1 1/2-quart Corning).

4Spread cubed cheese and chilies on rice. Cover with the remaining rice mixture.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
