  • pie crusts (shell and top)
  • 1 1/2 c. roast beef, diced (left over)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 small potatoes, diced
  • 3 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. beef gravy
  • seasoning to taste

Directions

    Cook carrots and potatoes together.

    Put pie shell in pie pan. Layer the ingredients into the pie shell:

    Beef on bottom, onion, potatoes and carrots (drained).

    Season and top with gravy.

    Top pie with crust.

    Bake at 375° until hot and crust is nicely browned.
