  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small, chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • salt and pepper
  • tortillas (corn)
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Monterey Jack cheese, grated
