- 1 lb. ground beef
- 12 tortillas
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small can green chiles, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add onion and garlic and cook until tender.

3Set aside.

4In saucepan, combine soup, milk and chiles.

5Heat until boiling, stirring often.

6Dip tortillas in medium hot grease. Drain on paper towels.

7Put small amount of meat mixture on tortillas and roll up.

8Place in a greased oblong baking dish. When filled, pour sauce mixture over enchiladas.

9Cover with grated cheese.

10Place in 350° oven until cheese melts.
