  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese (American or Colby)
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 dozen tortillas
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese (Jack or Colby)

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain off fat; add salt, garlic and 1/2 pound cheese and onion, simmer 10 minutes.

    Heat soup, milk, green onions, chilies, pimentos and grated cheese together in saucepan. Softened tortillas in hot oil and drain.

    Fill each tortilla with meat mixture.

    Roll tightly and place in 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour soup and cheese mixture over all and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
