  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cups Cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Paprika
  • 3 whole Medium Green Tomatoes, Cut Into 1/4 Inch Slices
  • 1/2 cups Oil, For Frying

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients in a large plastic bag.

    Add tomato slices, 1 or 2 at a time; shake to coat.

    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium heat.

    Add tomato slices a few at a time; brown lightly on both sides.
