- 1 jar dried beef slices (Armour preferred)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 16 small spring onions
Directions

1Clean off onions.

2Slice off roots, leaving onion about 6 to 7-inches long.

3Separate beef slices, spreading over each some cream cheese.

4Place onion on one side of the meat and roll up (may use a toothpick to hold).

5Keep chilled until ready to serve.
