  • 2 c. cooked long grain white rice
  • 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Cook rice; wash and drain.

    Mix rice, shredded cheese, parsley and onions.

    Beat eggs and add to rice mixture.

    Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until firm.
